What does
Mean?
Novara comes from a combination of the Latin word nova (new) and aura (energy, presence, calmness). It embodies calmness, serenity, growth, and fresh beginnings. I chose the name Novara because it reflects the heart of my work — creating a safe, supportive space where you can start to heal, reconnect with yourself, and step into new possibilities.
Counselling and Coaching – A Unique Blend
Over the years, I’ve worked with people who needed more than counselling alone, and others who came to coaching but needed deeper therapeutic support. This led me to train as an integrative counsellor. As a dual practitioner, I combine the depth and compassion of counselling with the clarity and focus of coaching, allowing healing and growth to happen side by side.
I believe meaningful change can begin when we feel truly heard, understood and accepted without judgement. That belief is at the heart of the way I work.
My role is not to tell you what to do or to assume I have all the answers. Instead, I offer a compassionate, curious and honest space where we can explore what is happening for you, make sense of your experiences and begin to understand yourself more deeply.
I aim to offer therapy that feels warm, down-to-earth and human, a space where you don’t have to pretend, perform or have everything figured out.
Whatever has brought you here, you are welcome to come as you are. We can work together at your pace, exploring what you need and what meaningful change might look like for you.
About Me
Trauma-informed • Neurodiversity-informed • Experienced Coach • Mother–Daughter Specialist
My path into this profession has been shaped by a deep interest in people and life. I studied practical philosophy with The School of Philosophy and Economic Science for many years, alongside Meditation.
From there, I trained as a life coach whilst completing a Coaching Mastery Programme, later specialising as a Mother-Daughter Coach, before completing my training as an Integrative Counsellor.
I recognise that our past experiences, relationships and individual ways of experiencing and processing the world can all influence how we feel, cope and connect with others.
This journey means I can offer both depth and flexibility, combining counselling and coaching in a way that supports your unique needs.
Outside of my practice, I love reading, nature and naps. My favourite colour is the ocean.

Certified Mother-Daughter Coach
I offer a warm, supportive space for mothers and daughters to strengthen their relationship, heal old patterns, and build a more connected future together by using “The Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model”.
The mother–daughter relationship shapes emotional wellbeing for a lifetime. When communication breaks down or old patterns resurface, distance can grow. Mother-Daughter Coaching and Therapy provides a supportive, expert-led space to repair connection, strengthen trust, and create a healthier, more secure bond, now and for generations to come. See my mother-daughter coaching & therapy page for more details.
